Why Choose PureBio Decon

Here to Help
When It Matters Most.

A family-owned Southern California company committed to helping people through difficult and unexpected cleanup situations.

Alexander Robles, founder of PureBio Decon

Meet the Owner

My name is Alexander Robles, founder of PureBio Decon. The reason I chose this path goes back much further than the start of the company itself. Hospitals and healthcare became familiar to me from an early age as I experienced health challenges that led to hospital stays and different treatments. Being on the patient side of those experiences gave me an early understanding of how overwhelming a medical situation can be, not only for the person going through it, but for the family alongside them.

As I got older, that understanding became even more personal when both of my grandparents faced cancer. This time, I experienced those difficult moments from a different perspective—watching people I loved go through treatments, uncertainty, and the challenges that came with their diagnoses. Seeing what they and my family went through strengthened something I had felt for years: whatever path I chose in life, I wanted it to involve helping people through difficult circumstances.

After high school, I attended the University of San Diego with the intention of pursuing medicine. At the time, becoming a doctor felt like the natural way to turn my desire to help others into a career. As I continued down that path, I began to realize that I wanted to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives sooner rather than waiting years to reach that point in my career. That realization encouraged me to explore another path where I could begin helping people while building something meaningful for the future.

As I explored different ways to make that kind of impact, I was introduced to the biohazard cleanup industry. I quickly realized how meaningful this work could be. Families facing a death, traumatic event, or biohazard are often already dealing with more than enough, and the responsibility of safely addressing the affected area shouldn’t have to become another burden. Seeing an opportunity to help people through those moments ultimately became the foundation for PureBio Decon.

Today, PureBio Decon allows me to fulfill that purpose in a way I never originally expected. Every situation we walk into is different, but behind each one is a person, family, or property owner trusting us during a difficult time. I don’t take that responsibility lightly. My goal is to make sure every client we serve is treated with compassion, respect, and genuine understanding from the moment they reach out to us.

Family Owned Business

Growing up, I watched my parents work long hours and sacrifice much of their own time to make sure my sister and I had what we needed. Their dedication taught me the value of hard work, responsibility, and putting family first—values I wanted to carry into PureBio Decon.

To me, being family-owned is about more than who owns the company. It’s about how we treat the people who place their trust in us. Many of our clients reach out during situations that are difficult, personal, and unexpected, and I want them to feel that their situation is being handled with the same care and attention we would want for our own family.

Those values guide the way we communicate, the respect we show for our clients’ privacy and property, and the attention we give to every situation. As PureBio grows, my goal is for our impact to extend beyond the cleanup itself and for our company to remain genuinely connected to the people and communities we serve.
